The annual owner meeting that was scheduled for 7:00 P.M. on January 26, 2010, has been cancelled due to the resignation of a Board of Directors member. The annual owner meeting will be rescheduled with new agendas and proxies, and placed within the mail in the next two weeks. It is required that agendas and proxies forwarded to all members accurately reflect the actions that are to be voted on at an annual meeting. The annual owner meeting agenda and proxies for the annual owner meeting no longer reflects the needs of the community in regards to the election of members to the Board of Directors.
The Budget Ratification meeting scheduled for 6:00 P.M. on January 26, 2010, is still scheduled as the Budget Ratification meeting's agenda and portion of the proxy have not changed.
