Proxy collecting at your door?-date correction

Please turn your proxies in! They need to be received before 5 pm at The UPS Store in Parker, behind McDonalds off Parker and Main street. If we do not meet quorum (54 homes) then we will have to have another meeting, incurring the cost for mailings again.

Also, be aware! Proxies are your vote. Read the budget, compare last years expenditures to the proposed budget and ask questions to knowledgable people. Ask your board members and management company. Know what you are voting for. Come to the meeting, this Tuesday, the 26th at 6 pm!

If you have signed your proxy away but have any questions or concerns about the manner in which it was taken, please contact the management company about how to recast your proxy before Tuesdays meeting. Bylaw 4.6
