Are You Seeing Spots?

Are you seeing "spots" on the six foot community common element fencing?  The Board of Directors has hired a company to repair and stain the community common element six foot fencing, and the dots are the contractor's method of marking the boards that need to be replaced or repaired.  As weather permits, the contractor will be replacing and / or repairing fence pickets, header and footer boards, support posts, and the rock posts.  They will also be re-staining the common element community privacy fencing (as weather permits).
