Are you aware that the management company for Pinery Glen HOA does not need a payment coupon to credit your dues payment to your account? Many home owners within the community utilize their bank’s check payment system or the PayLease online payment system, meaning that these home owners will simply “trash” any coupons sent to them. To reduce paper waste (trashed coupons), the fuel used to deliver the coupons, and working towards reducing the administrative cost (postage) for the community, you can Opt Out of receiving newsletter and coupon mailings and instead receive notice via email (if you are a registered user) when they are posted online. If you opt out of the mailings and are interested in continuing the use of payment coupons, you may visit the community website (http://www.PineryGlen.com) in the registered users section of the Pinery Glen library where you will find generic coupons. These coupons will not include your name, address within the community, or account number, so you can fill this information in on your own. Please remember that the management company does not need a coupon to accompany your payment as long as your check has the account name, Pinery Glen address, and / or the account number on it.
