Not following the Governing Documents?

You've noticed someone in the community that is not following the governing documents.  You should:

A) Go and talk to them as they may have just forgotten the rules.
B) Call the management company daily and report the incident without leaving your name or phone number.
C) Fully complete and forward an Affidavit of Violation form to the management company or email the equivalent.  Continue to follow up with affidavit's of violation as needed.
D) Do nothing.
E) Read and understand the covenant enforcement policy.
F) Call the police when there is a violation of not only of the governing documents but also of law / code.

There are no right or wrong answers for all circumstances, but some of the options above will provide you with better results than others.  If your goal is to have something resolved, you should seriously review answers A, C, E, and possibly F.
