Approved Paint Colors Now Available

The Board of Directors has now approved paint schemes to give you more choices to paint your home without the need to receive approval from the Design Review Committee.  You can find these schemes online in the Design Guidelines section of the Library.  Please sign on to the Pinery Glen web site to view the colors on your computer or to print out the Design Review Form.  Due to differences in color printers and computer screens, please visit Guiry's in Parker to see the colors better prior to making your final decision.

Guiry's is also offering owners within the community 10% off of paint for the exterior of the home.  Prior to the starting to ring up your purchase, please let the cashier know that you are entitled to a discount as you live in Pinery Glen.  To receive your discount Guiry's needs some documentation that has your name, address, and the subdivision on it (i.e. a copy of a coupon would provide them with that information).

If you need a painter, as many other paint suppliers, Guiry's does offer a list of painters that use their products.  If you have a painter that you would like to use, Guiry's will still work with them and you to ensure you receive your paint discount.

Besides Guiry's offering a discount, Kwal offers discounts of 10% for paint to owners within communities where Kwal paint was originally used.  You will need to provide the Parker Kwal store with proof of your residence to receive the discount, similar to what is needed by Guiry's. 

Please remember if you paint your home's exterior a color than the original color or one of the approved colors, you will still need to receive approval from the Design Review Committee.  Also, please let the management company know that you are painting the exterior of the home even if you are painting the same color or an approved color so we can note it accordinly within the property's files.
