Pool Access Key Card Entry Tips

With the new pool entry system, each time a Pool Access Key Card is used, the system notes it.  It provides the date, the time, the card information, how many attempts were made, and if access was given or denied.  What we are finding is that many times cards are being "swiped" in quick succession with access being provided but not taken with each "swipe" so want to provide an entry tip or two that may assist you when you go to the Pool with your Pool Access Key Card.

Pool Entry Tips while using your Pool Access Key Card
*   Swipe your access card past the card reader.
*   Wait for the faint "tone" to emit from the card reader.
*   Then grasp the door handle and open the pool gate.
*   If the handle is grasped while the card is being swiped, the lock will not release, similar to that of a hotel room door.

Please remember that if you have not yet forwarded your Pool Entry Form and / or Consent to Tenant / Resident Form, you can still submit these fully completed forms to receive a Pool Access Key Card.  These forms can be found in the Pool Information Section of the Library and can be accessed by clicking on Library in the left hand column of the web site, scrolling to the bottom of the Library Page, and then clicking on the Pool Information Section.

Once these forms are received and processed, a Pool Access Key Card will be assigned to your household.  We will be delivering Pool Access Key Cards on a weekly basis to households within the community in good standing as we receive the needed completed forms from them.
