It was a pleasure meeting all of the owners that were able to stop by the pool on one of the four Pool Access Key Card Pickup dates. While I didn’t have a chance to talk with many of you for an extended length of time, it was great to put faces to the names within Pinery Glen.

If you did not pick up your Pool Access Key Card on one of the four dates but have either mailed, faxed, or scanned and emailed your completed Pool Entry Form, these cards will be hand delivered to the households on Wednesday if you’re mailing address is located within the community. For those with mailing addresses outside of the community, we will be mailing your Pool Access Key Card at the end of the week.

We will continue to process completed Pool Entry Forms throughout the summer as we receive them. You may find the Pool Forms and Pool Rules on the community web site, www.PineryGlen.com in the Library section. Once in the Library section, scroll to the bottom of the page for the Pool Information section. Click on Pool Information where you will find the Pool Rules, Pool Entry Form, Consent to Tenant / Resident Form as well as an Introduction from Perfect Pools, the 2009 pool contractor. Once your form(s) is completed, please forward by fax, mail, or scan and email allowing us the opportunity to process and issue your Pool Access Key Card.
