NEW HOA FEES PAYMENT ADDRESS

The below is the new Pinery Glen HOA fees payment address. All payments must be sent to the below address:

You may make payments online, using Pay Lease at the community website www.pineryglen.com . A convenience fee will be charged.

You may also drop checks off at TBMT offices at the Parker Station Building, 19751 E. Mainstreet, Suite 390, Parker, CO 80138, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

We have added the convenience of Bank Draft/ ACH Debit Authorization allowing homeowners to automatically debit their HOA fees directly from their bank account. The form is located in the website, Library Section, under Forms, Bank Draft/ ACH Debit Authorization.

May 2010 Financial Reports have been posted in the website for the homeowners review.
