FENCE STAINING TO BEGIN

Here is a brief overview of the fence staining for Pinery Glen.

All scheduling/timelines are weather permitting. They will not be present during rain, snow or high winds.

CertaPro will start power washing early next week. Washing will take roughly 3 days CertaPro will let washed sections dry for a minimum of 2 days to assure all wood is completely dry. CertaPro will then scrape/sand small split wood to achieve a smooth uniform surface.

Staining will begin June 10-12 (depending when they start/finish washing), all fencing will be sprayed and then back rolled to assure proper coverage. This process will take roughly 2 weeks (again weather permitting). It would be a good idea to keep pets in the home during the work day (8 to 5) but not absolutely needed. Homeowners need to make sure pets are not sticking their nose in cracks (do not want to stain pets). It would also be a good idea to move any items (that are movable) in yards at least 10 feet away from fencing, They are careful but want to make sure no overspray gets on personal items.
