HOA Owner Meeting

The Board of Directors for Pinery Glen is working with legal counsel in regards to setting a new date and time for a future HOA meeting.  By working with legal counsel, the Board of Directors is working to ensure the next meeting, and scheduled election, is done lawfully and in accordance with the applicable documents and legal requirements.  As soon as these dates are set, information will be provided per the governing documents.

February 2010 Newsletter Posted

The February 2010 Newsletter has been posted to the Pinery Glen HOA web site library.  The February 2010 Newsletter contains information on: Clarifying the Manager's Role, Proxies, Exterior House Painting, Changing the Declarations, and HOA Bank Accounts.

For your information, you may want to review the following in regards to the differences between statements and coupons, and when each are mailed.

Every 3 months, Your HOA Manager, on behalf of the HOA, will mail 3 payment coupons to owners that have not opted out of paper mailings.  This allows the Board and the management company to forward additional information (i.e. Newsletters) to help keep you updated about community happenings.  You will receive coupons whether or not there is a credit or debit balance on your dues account (unless the account has been forwarded for collections).  You can pay your dues by mailing a check, or you have the option to pay Online at you convenience from your own computer via electronic check or credit card.  To pay electronically, please follow the link found in Useful Links and follow the online directions provided by the 3rd party service provider, PayLease.

Statements are different from coupons.  Statements will refelct the current balance on Your account as of the date printed, so it is not generic like a coupon.  Statements do not reflect future amounts owed or payments received after the date of the statement.  Statements will only go out to those accounts reflecting a debit balance greater than $5 (i.e. homeowner that owes $5 or more to the HOA) and have not been forwarded to the attorney for collections.
