As of June 2008, the monthly dues are $55. These dues cover common area maintenance and costs. The common areas include green belts (both Kentucky Blue Grass and Native Grasses), park, baseball diamond, and pool. Trash and recycling services are also included.
Any changes to your exterior must be approved prior to beginning. This includes but is not limited to color paint changes, changes in landscaping material, installation of patio or deck, installation of a swing set, trampoline, or other play structure, installation of a satellite dish, installation of air conditioning or other air cooling system, or any other item that changes the exterior appearance of your property. If you are repainting the exact same colors in the same locations, you do not need to go through approval. If you are replanting the exact same material to replace dead or damaged material, no approval is necessary. When in doubt, check first by completing the Design Review Request form found in library and forwarding on to the Management Company.
The mailing address for dues, assessment payments, inquiries, contact information updates, reviews for the Design Committee, or any other mailing should be forwarded to 10940 South Parker Road #172, Parker, Colorado 80134. This mailing address is just for Pinery Glen HOA and is located in the UPS Store at Parker and Main Street allowing for items to be dropped off easily.
